Steps for Group Registrations:

1. You must log in with your own unique HTAV username and password prior to registering for the conference. Click here to log in now. If the people attending are covered by a school or organisation membership, all of them and you must be linked to that membership on HTAV’s database to enable:

.........a. discounted member pricing
.........b. invoicing your school for payment (purchase order number required)

If you are not an HTAV member and want to pay by invoice, or you are having difficulties registering, please contact the HTAV at events@htav.asn.au.

2. Register yourself as Group Manager.

3. Indicate if you wish to register yourself. Only do this if you will also be attending the conference. Then click on ‘add group member’ to add people. All tabs must be completed including session preferences and payment, for each additional entry.

4. When all additional entries are completed, click 'save'. Return to the Group Manager details and complete the remaining tabs including payment. Your registration will update from ‘pending payment’ to ‘complete’ and you will instantly receive an initial confirmation email.

1. You must log in with your own unique HTAV username and password prior to registering for the conference. Click here to log in now. If the people attending are covered by a school or organisation membership, all of them and you must be linked to that membership on HTAV’s database to enable:

Note: There is no part-day registration available. All participants are charged for a full day, regardless of sessions attended. Places cannot be held; please seek approval from your school before registering.

2. Please nominate the workshops you wish to attend, as well as second and third preferences.

Note: While we will attempt to accommodate your first preferences for workshops, we cannot guarantee this will always be possible.

3. Upon successfully registering, you will receive an initial confirmation via email only (if you have not received this initial confirmation within 5 working days of registration, please contact HTAV at events@htav.asn.au). A second email will follow with the final confirmation of workshop preferences during the week of the event.
